As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for selling new and used RVs, meeting customer satisfaction and volume standards expected by Horizon RV Center. You’ll be empowered with the tools needed to support our customers’ needs and realize your earning potential, including a CRM, new and pre-owned vehicles so you can always find the perfect match for your customer. Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

● Interact with hundreds of customers – online, over the phone and in person.

● Respond to leads in a timely fashion, answering questions, providing information and helping guide customers effectively from phone and internet contact to an in-store experience while providing an exceptional customer experience is key.

● Assist our customers select their perfect RV with your outstanding communication and listening skills

● Negotiate terms to ensure that payment options meet their lifestyles, budgets, and expectations and close the deal.

● Manage the sales process from start to finish. In this role you will help clients with product selection, negotiate terms, and close the sale.

● Provide an exceptional customer experience both before and after purchase, driving loyalty by following up to ensure customer satisfaction and helping transition customers to the Service department to support their ownership experience.

Sales Consultant Requirements:

● Sales experience is required, must be able to lead and spark up a conversation with customers

● Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends, a must.

● Driver’s license is required

● Dealership experience is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
